• MulePoints are an added incentive on top of anything offered by the VIP programme by the poker room.
• They are by invitation only and offered to higher raking players only.
• We calculate your allocation of points as accurately as possible from the information provided to us by the Poker Room.
• We reserve the right not to allocate points to extremely low volume players - this level is at our discretion please contact us for clarification.
• If in future a poker room changes our deal so we can no longer offer points we will notify you as soon as possible and endeavour to give you 1 months notice however this may not be possible.
• Points will decay at 50%/month if you stop playing completely with us. The minimum amount of decay will be 40 points.
• Conversely the longer you play with us the more points you accumulate.
• In the event of any shipping dispute you must resolve this with the shipping company/training site etc that you used your MulePoints for - we are not able to get involved unless the dispute is to do with our non-payment of the provider.
• MulePoints have the value of 0.0000001c/point in the event of any dispute this is the maximum compensation per point you are entitled to.
• From time to time rooms may not make payment to us in a given month due to excessive freeroll winnings or other deductions relating to our players or in cases where our deal involves such a high payout to the players no further surplus is reasonably available. Deals where mulepoints do not apply will not necessarily be noted - but if you do not see them advertised assume they are not available or contact VIP support for clarification.
• FasterMule can amend these terms, percentages, payouts at any time including terminating the MulePoints programme without notice.

VIP DEALS/RAKEBACK GENERAL TERMS

• We do not handle player funds we are merely an affiliate for a number of poker rooms and casinos. You will be presented with terms and conditions when you sign up, please read these carefully.
• At no point do we guarantee the accuracy of the deals we advertise here as they are subject to change at any time by the Casino or Poker Room, possibly without adequate notice to Fastermule Poker. However we do take all reasonable effort to accurately publish the information we are provided with.
• We are not responsible in the event of any late payment/non payment or other issue you may have with the poker room. You are held to their terms and conditions and should resolve this directly with them.
• Fastermule poker is not responsible for any other issues you may have connected with playing/using the sites advertised - again their terms apply and you should apply to them for any compensation.

Personal Information

We do not store or collect any of your personal information. All you need to provide us with is a username so we can track your points. Points are optional and you do not need to provide us with any information at all - not even a username/alias if you do not wish to and you still get the great VIP deals and rakeback advertised on the site, just not the points.

Copyright and Uploaded Content

You may only submit content which you have the right to submit. Any content which a copyright holder wishes to have removed will be removed within 5 working days of the receipt of such request if this is reasonably possible.

Once your content is submitted and accepted it may be hosted on a range of internet video hosting sites and you accept that we can agree to their terms and conditions on your behalf which may result in their temporary or permanent ownership of the video and Copyright.

Any content once submitted (where this does not conflict with the Terms of any hosting sites we may or may not choose to use) is Copyright Fastermule Poker and the Author agrees to waive any rights to further use, income or other benefits derived from their work. Fastermule will however agree to remove any work within 12 months if an Author no longer wishes it to be displayed publically however will reserves the right to continue to offer that material to registered members.

Accessing the Fastermule website

Fastermule gives you access to the website according to the TOS, assuming you agree to the TOS. Accessing most features of the website requires an account. You may never use another person’s account, and may never allow anyone else to use your account. You alone are responsible for actions taken while logged in with your account. For safety reasons you are required to keep your password secure and secret. If you suspect that your account is being used by someone else, you are required to immediately notify Fastermule. Failing to notify may cause you to be liable for losses inflicted on Fastermule, and/or other interests, that may originate from unauthorized use of the account. Fastermule cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these rules. Furthermore you agree not to take any action that imposes or may impose (in our sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, such as the use of automated systems, including but not limited to “robots”, “spiders” and “offline readers”. However, operators of public search engines may use spiders to access the site in order to make the content of the site searchable through their service. This permission does not apply to account names and other personal information about users. You also agree to use the site for solely private use.

Warranty Limitation

By using Fastermule poker - both the website and any affiliated or connected services you understand that:

FASTERMULE AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE WEBSITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (ii) THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE; (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE WEBSITE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; AND (v) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold FASTERMULE and its subsidiaries, officers employees, affiliates, agents, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the website, your use of the website, your connection to the website, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another. This indemnification will survive these TOS, and your use of the FASTERMULE website.

Ability to Accept TOS

You affirm that you are legally allowed, and fully able and competent to enter into the obligations presented in these TOS, regarding but not limited to age, and/or legal competence.

Assignment

These Terms of Service, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by FASTERMULE without restrictions.

General

You agree that FASTERMULE is based solely in England & Wales, and that English law is applicable to any and all disputes that may arise from your use of the website, and that any legal issues will be addressed and settled in England & Wales. FASTERMULE assumes the right to change these TOS at any time, without prior notification, and it is the user’s obligation to assure that they are properly informed about changes in the TOS. Using the FASTERMULE website will be considered as agreement to these TOS.
