Thought this would be a bit of fun, as i had seen this on a training video, just to show people what the standard of play was like. Rules would be as follows : 1. Can play at any $$ level, so as not to ruin anyone's BR 2. Must maintain 100% VPIP over 100 hands only 3. Game is NLHE, 6max (So as to play hands quicker) 4. Winner would be declared by % of $won eg. 2NL $2 Buyin. Finish @ $6.... 200% winnings 5NL $5 Buyin. Finish @ $6.... 20% winnings 5. Take a screenshot with all relevant details 6. Start date would be 15th January, and finish date End of Month 7. Anyone interested/questions, post here, and we will get something started very soon No prizes (yet), but definately some bragging rights. Will probably do $10NL since I don't want to spank off a couple of hundred bucks trying this out We should all tape this with our comments as we play and I'll make a section of the site with all our attempts, a results table and a comments thread in the forum so we can get together and discuss - sounds like a good opportunity to discuss the results in the next Cash Study Group too if MJB is up for doing one with us.

I don't have a screen recorder but I'll do it on PS or FTP where you can go pull the session on pokertablerankings and verify that it was 100% VPIP. I'll also submit the hand history here. Do we have to wait for the 15th to start? LOL I am all about pouring a tall glass of rum and going to a 2NL table and doing this right now. I'm not sure the winner will be the one who makes the most profit though. It will probably be the player who lost the least. LOL Edit: Screw it. I know it won't count but I'm going to give it a trial run tonight. I'll post the link to the session in PTR after. LOL... this is a trainwreck.

Some of it was just unfortunate. In a couple cases, I had the best hand when the money went in but it didn't hold. Obviously, that is not every case.

I played 84/50 style - somehow it's 84 but I only folded 5/104 hands so I don't know how it worked it out - either way I autolose the challenge I guess but i won $8 and it was a pretty interesting video. I got some sick value and ran some guys over. I ran a bad bluff on a NIT at the end to lose $12 of the $20 profit I had at the time but overall a pretty exciting/fun experiment. I think my video/commentary is pretty good too. Going to put that ITT soon.

dionysian Posts: 1	Re: The 100 hands of 100% VPIP Challenge well, i gave this a shot. but i'm a fish at pt3 and ended up stopping early. i still had the session view grouped by time rather than table. it showed me 100 hands but that was including tables started before it. i should have looked at the hud, or at least realized it was way too quick. i made it 44 hands, at $25NL. i ended up profiting about $16. i know it doesn't meet the criteria for the challenge, but i posted the video since it might be an interesting watch for somebody, anyway. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=KQJWRBCL
